Custom Orders
Three ways to make something yours — build a beaded piece with our options, or upload your own artwork for a printed product or vinyl decal. Every request is made by hand, in small batches, by the two of us.

How custom orders work
What we can make
Beaded, keychains, stationery, bag charms, magnets and seasonal pieces — in your colours, with your names, initials or the specific bit of nonsense you have in mind. Honey side, Hex side, or a mix of both.
How it works
1. Send us your idea through the contact page — include colours, wording, quantity and the date you need it by.
2. We reply with what's possible, a price and a timeline. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
3. We make it, send you a photo, and ship once you're happy.
Timing
Custom and made-to-order pieces have a 7–14 business day turnaround after the order details are finalised and full payment is received. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front so we can be honest about whether we can hit it.
Pricing and payment
Custom pricing depends on materials, size and how fiddly it is. We'll quote before starting. Full payment is required upfront — we don't split it into a deposit and balance.
Changes and cancellations
Custom orders are final sale, except where the item is defective or damaged or we made an error — see Shipping & Returns.
A couple of things we won't do
We don't reproduce other artists' designs or copyrighted characters. If we're not the right shop for your idea, we'll say so kindly.
