Plain-language terms for shopping with Honey & Hex. By placing an order you're agreeing to these.
Who we are
Honey & Hex is the trading name of a small handmade business operated by two makers in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. It is not a registered legal business name. You can reach us by email at honeyandhexcrafts@gmail.com; we don't publish a mailing address.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is complete. If something sells out or we can't complete an order, we'll let you know and refund the amount paid for that item.
Stock is limited and often one-of-a-kind. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and duties, where they apply, are your responsibility unless shown separately at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Handmade variation
Everything is made by hand, so colours, beads, charms and finishes vary slightly from the photos. That variation is part of the product, not a defect. Screen colours also differ from real life.
Custom and mystery items
Custom pieces are made to the details you approve by email. Mystery Scoops contain a guaranteed number of items chosen by us — the exact contents are a surprise and can't be selected or swapped.

Our artwork and content
The Honey & Hex name, mascots, artwork, photos and site text belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without asking first.
