Is everything really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made by the two of us in small batches, usually at a very cluttered craft table, usually late at night.
What's in a Mystery Scoop?
Each tier has a guaranteed number of items, and we choose the contents based on the vibe of the tier you pick. You can't choose specific items, but you can tell us what to avoid and we'll do our best.
How does Build Your Own Bundle work?
You pick a theme and the goodies you want, and we pack them together with the usual handmade extras. See the bundle builder.
Can I customise an item?
Many items can be personalised — look for the Customizable badge on the product page, or ask us about a custom order.
How long until my order ships?
Ready-to-ship/in-stock items are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom and made-to-order pieces take longer and we'll confirm timing with you first. Full details are on Shipping & Returns.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We ship within Canada and to the United States. Anywhere else, ask us and we'll see what we can do.
My order arrived damaged or hasn't turned up.
Message us with your order reference and, if it's damage, a couple of photos. We'll work it out with you.
Do you do wholesale or markets?
Not right now — we don't currently offer wholesale or have regular in-person markets or events. If that changes, we'll announce it on our social media and here on the site.
