Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of what you bought.

If you message us or join our email list, we keep your email address and whatever you write to us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never sent to or stored by us. We only see the order total, the items bought, and the shipping details needed to post your parcel.

To pack and ship your order, to email you about that order, to answer your questions, and — only if you signed up for it — to send occasional shop updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information.

Only the services we need to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), our website and database hosting, and the postal or courier service delivering your parcel.

Orders and customer records. Kept only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, customer service, accounting and tax obligations, and legal requirements. After that, personal information is securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Newsletter subscriptions. Kept while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from marketing emails promptly and keep only what's needed to respect that request.

Account information. Kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised when it's closed — unless retention is required or reasonably necessary for a legitimate legal or business purpose.

Test data. Any test or sandbox customer data is deleted once testing is complete.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact us through the contact page and we'll respond as soon as we can.
